Job Summary:

As the Visitor Management Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing initiatives to enhance visitor experiences at Krista Exhibitions' events. Your main goal is to improve visitor attendance, satisfaction, and engagement while ensuring effective data collection and feedback analysis


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute visitor marketing strategies to increase attendance rates.
Collaborate with marketing teams for targeted campaigns to attract industry professionals.
Monitor and analyze visitor registration and actual attendance data
Design and implement programs to improve visitor satisfaction at events.
Work closely with exhibitors and sponsors to enhance visitor engagement
Ensure smooth on-site visitor experience, including entry, navigation, and overall service.
Develop feedback collection systems for visitors to evaluate their event experience
Analyze feedback data to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in visitor management, event marketing, or customer experience.
Previous experience in the exhibition, MICE, or hospitality industry is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM systems, visitor registration software, and event analytics tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong data analysis skills for evaluating visitor engagement and satisfaction.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-centric mindset.
