Job Summary:
The Exhibitor Management Manager is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for exhibitors at Krista Exhibitions. This includes managing exhibitor satisfaction,
engagement, data accuracy, and overall event success. The role involves handling exhibitor relationships, monitoring exhibitor performance metrics, and improving exhibitor
retention strategies to create long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for exhibitors before, during, and after events.
Provide support, guidance, and resources to help exhibitors maximize their participation.
Conduct onboarding sessions to educate exhibitors about event opportunities and logistics.
Develop strategies to improve exhibitor engagement rates.
Monitor exhibitor participation in networking events, live demos, and buyer programs.
Collect exhibitor feedback and implement improvements for future exhibitions.
Ensure exhibitor data completeness in the event system (company details, booth information, product listings).
Track and analyze Exhibitor NPS (Net Promoter Score) to measure satisfaction.
Generate reports on exhibitor engagement levels and recommend improvements.
Develop exhibitor loyalty initiatives to encourage long-term participation.
Identify key factors affecting exhibitor retention and take proactive measures to improve it.
Offer personalized consultation and solutions for high-value exhibitors.
Conduct training sessions for exhibitors on how to maximize their presence at Krista Exhibitions.
Provide insights on booth design, visitor engagement tactics, and lead generation strategies.
Ensure all exhibitors understand Krista Exhibitions’ value proposition.
Work closely with visitor management, marketing, and business relations teams to enhance exhibitor success.
Align exhibitor programs with overall event objectives to create a seamless experience for both exhibitors and attendees.
Support the development of new exhibitor services and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in exhibitor management, client relations, or event sales.
Experience in exhibition industry, trade shows, or B2B event management preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software, exhibitor management tools, and analytics platforms.
Ability to analyze exhibitor data and generate actionable insights.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Excellent problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to handle multiple exhibitors and projects simultaneously.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Passion for events, exhibitions, and exhibitor success strategies.
Previous experience working with international exhibitors.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and exhibitor engagement best practices.
Exhibitor NPS (Net Promoter Score) – Indicator of overall exhibitor satisfaction.
Exhibitor Data Completeness – Accuracy and completeness of exhibitor profiles in event systems.
Exhibitor Engagement Rate – Participation in networking events, buyer meetings, and live demos.
Exhibitor Retention Rate – Percentage of exhibitors returning for future events.
Live Engagement Metrics – Participation in exhibitor-driven activations (demos, product showcases, etc.).
