Job Summary:
The Sponsorship Manager is responsible for securing, managing, and optimizing sponsorship opportunities for Krista Exhibitions. This role involves developing
sponsorship strategies, managing sponsor relationships, negotiating sponsorship deals, and ensuring sponsor satisfaction to maximize revenue and long-term
partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sponsorship strategies to increase sponsorship revenue.
Identify and approach potential sponsors that align with Krista Exhibitions’ industry focus.
Negotiate and close high-value sponsorship deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors to ensure high retention rates.
Conduct post-event evaluations with sponsors to measure satisfaction and areas for improvement.
Develop sponsorship packages that provide measurable value to sponsors.
Ensure all sponsorship commitments are fulfilled, including branding, speaking slots, booth space, and digital promotions.
Collaborate with marketing, event management, and exhibitor teams to execute sponsorship deliverables effectively.
Monitor sponsor engagement and visibility during events.
Research industry trends and sponsorship benchmarks to stay competitive.
Analyze competitor events and sponsorship models to refine Krista Exhibitions’ sponsorship strategies.
Identify new sponsorship opportunities in emerging sectors.
Track sponsorship retention rate, new sponsorship deals, and revenue from sponsorships.
Provide detailed reports on sponsorship performance and ROI for stakeholders.
Use data insights to improve future sponsorship packages and proposals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or event partnerships.
Experience in exhibition industry, trade shows, or corporate sponsorships preferred.
Strong sales negotiation and contract management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
Ability to create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations.
Excellent relationship management, communication, and networking abilities.
Strategic thinker with a target-driven approach to revenue growth.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt sponsorship strategies.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Proven track record in securing and growing sponsorship revenue.
Ability to build long-term sponsorship relationships with key industry players.
Understanding of digital sponsorship opportunities and emerging sponsorship trends.
Sponsorship Retention Rate – Ensuring repeat sponsorships from previous partners.
New Sponsorship Deals – Number of new sponsors secured per event.
Revenue from Sponsorship – Total financial contribution from sponsorships.
Sponsor Engagement & Satisfaction – Measured through sponsor feedback and post-event surveys.
